The project concerns the construction of 42 dwellings, 2 levels of parking, a cinema, and shops.
The commercial premises are delivered empty and unfinished and will be subject to a declaration of works when fitted out. The cinema and shops are located along the Boulevard Voltaire in low volumes (ground floor), with a planted roof for the cinema. The parking lots for most of the housing are set back from the street and are developed on the first two levels (ground floor and first floor).
Above these parking lots, the housing units are located on levels ranging from R+2 to R+7. The eastern part of the site is reserved for the MASC. The land has strong differences in level between Boulevard Voltaire to the north and the wooded slope to the south.
