This office program, with its minimalist and compact architecture, is the first 100% wood-based positive energy office park in France. It is the result of eco-design pushed to the extreme. Wood is omnipresent, most often visible, simply stained on the inside.
All materials and equipment have been chosen with the aim of reducing their carbon footprint, reducing consumption and thus pushing the search for energy performance of buildings to the maximum. This innovative constructive concept allows a great speed of implementation as well as an immense architectural freedoḿ.
For the comfort of the occupants, the buildings offer numerous openings onto the park with framed views of the Aix landscape and vast green spaces.
