Between the vineyards of the Côteaux d’Aix and olive trees, Le Mas Bottero is a true hymn to why of living in Provence. Warm and imbued with a delicious simplicity, the establishment offers several spaces “to live”, according to your desires.
For this gastronomic restaurant, the interior architecture, which combines wood, brass, black marble and lacquered aeras, has been designed to reveal an intimate, sober and refined place, just like the exceptional dishes created by Chef Nicolas Bottero.
A delicatessen and a chef’s counter enhance the gourmet experience. The whole is articulated around a monumental bar. Most of the furniture was designed and made to measure for the needs of this setting around taste.
