Located in the former Ferry terminal Transatlantique, a prestigious Art Deco building, La Cité de la Mer is a unique leisure and relaxation park dedicated to underwater exploration and the discovery of the great depths.

The space dedicated to the conquest of the oceans and the penetration of man under the sea is expressed by an aquatic cave of 12 m high around which the public gradually descends to discover the underwater world through a series of aquariums and scenographic spaces.

Everything here is grandiose, like the submarine Le Redoutable, the Titanic exhibition and the presentation of deep-sea diving machines installed in the reception area. In “The Ocean of the Future”, the last wilderness of the planet and its riches are revealed.
