Three volumes ensure the alignments. To the north on the counter alley parallel to avenue Jean Monnet (Building A and B), to the east on rue Louis Roure (Building C) while Building A, to the west of the operation, generates the new limit of the building and the continuity of the facades from the forum.
This layout to the west of the operation makes it possible to organize car flows, some parking lots, the circulation of fire engines and the flow of pedestrians.
Between the South facade of Building A and opposite the North facade of the existing Silo, a setback is provided to accompany the pedestrian path to access to the offices by ensuring visual permeability on an East West axis. This generates an esplanade that enhances the plunging and green view of the garden in the heart of the block.
