This project for the reconstruction of the Renault car dealership in the 8th arrondissement of Marseille is based on a continuous land movement as a link between Boulevard Michelet and the Huveaune River.
In order to preserve the continuity of the public space, a belvedere associated with an effect of uplift of the ground allows the premises of the dealership to nestle under the ground, while maintaining a perfect visibility from the street.
Two residential and hotel towers mark the site and dialogue with the two major architectural pieces nearby: the Cité Radieuse (Le Corbusier) and the Brasilia (F. Boukobza). They free the ground to make a lush garden.
