Located west of Aix-en-Provence, on the edge of a road junction, this set of 3 office buildings is spread over a previous agricultural land, almost free from any construction and vegetation. It is bordered to the east by a highway opening onto the landscape and the distance and to the west by a narrow path, facing its immediate environment.
The architecture design asserts a powerful intention, anchored in this overhanging site. Massive built blocks with salient angles, associated with the stone of Vers convert these intentions. To the east, the design is mineral, frank, in an architectural character specific to the city of Aix-en-Provence.
In the west, the relationship with the environment is more intimate, softened. The same buildings curve and are clad in green pre-patinated zinc. The architecture is finer, organic, vegetal.
The landscape is primordial to the project. 2150sqm of green spaces are planned, most of the parking lots being located in the basement.
