The architecture of the project is inspired by the Calanques layered composition. This high-end residential development is located at the end of a narrow, bow-shaped block, bounded by three streets. Its monolithic white concrete facade catches the light and engages in dialogue with it. Its canyon-shaped core is an expression of the raw material shaped by nature.

The central garden constitutes a green lung in that block. The volumes, located along the roads that delimit it, are simple and seem to be subject to the action of the elements. The interior facades are hollowed out, offering horizontal or sloping lines. The exterior facades alternate between full and empty spaces.

On the south side of the boulevard Louvain, the heights are varied in order to allow outlooks, opening the garden to the sunlight but also to the street and the neighborhood like urban windows. The trees planted in these gaps create a surprise effect from the public space.
